Make the convention explicit

For a calculation report, include a few invented observations, the chosen percentile, the expected Type 7 result and what appeared. Preserve duplicate values and precision needed to reproduce the issue. If comparing another program, state its quantile convention rather than assuming every percentile definition agrees.

Private health measurements, client data, financial records, passwords, payment details or identifying data are unnecessary. For display issues the browser and approximate viewport width help. No response time, statistical consultation or decision outcome is promised.
