This notice describes the source release dated20 October2026. Local arithmetic is separate from technical requests needed to serve a website.

Sample values and chosen percentile

The script reads both inputs in your browser. It does not upload them, append them to a URL, store them in cookies or save them in browser storage. There is no account, file upload, remote statistical service or background history database. Reloading restores the default example.

Form controls have no names that would serialize the sample into a native GET query without JavaScript. The interactive calculation requires JavaScript; reference pages remain readable. Textareas can normalize pasted line endings before the script receives them, and this tool does not preserve original file/clipboard bytes.

Optional copy and downloads

Complete text/JSON notes contain every input observation in entered order as normalized decimals, the sorted sample with duplicates, the chosen percentile, exact result and assumptions. Consider that content before copying or sharing it.

Clipboard access is attempted only after you press Copy complete notes. If denied, a local text box offers manual copying. Editing either input clears old output/export state, and delayed clipboard replies cannot mark stale notes as current. Local downloads use temporary browser object URLs; no external export service receives them. The site cannot retrieve a previous sample or downloaded file for you.

Hosting and external references

Static Cloudflare Pages hosting involves technical requests received by the provider. Those requests may include network address, requested URL and browser/request information. This source does not control every provider security process or technical log. Read Cloudflare's privacy policy for its practices.

Following a reference link contacts that other website. No remote font, embedded media, analytics beacon, ad script or consent-platform loader is present in this source release. Publisher/owner metadata and ads.txt prepare identification only; they do not load ads or prove review approval, serving or earnings. Later reporting/advertising needs an accurate notice and required exact-host consent setup before loading.

Optional email

The public contact address is an existing shared forwarding alias. Email passes through its providers separately from the calculator. Use a short invented sample for a bug report rather than health, customer, financial or identifying records. For questions use contact. No conversation is needed to calculate.
